<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Ya está aquí, el Sandbox por fin es una realidad en España. La Ley 7/2020 de Transformación Digital del Sistema Financiero recientemente aprobada (a la que nos referiremos como la Ley) introduce en España la creación de un entorno de pruebas para la innovación tecnológica en el sector financiero, el denominado Sandbox. Estos entornos de prueba constituyen una oportunidad para probar nuevos productos o servicios con clientes reales, sin incumplir la normativa. La finalidad de esta Ley es acompañar y supervisar el proceso innovador para eliminar obstáculos y preservar, al mismo tiempo, la seguridad jurídica y la protección al inversor creando para ello un entorno de pruebas conocido como Sandbox.</abstract>
