<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Pocos años tantas compañías han tenido que afrontar un reto de la magnitud de 2020. Poner en marcha con rapidez todas las herramientas disponibles para garantizar su continuidad. El nuevo año puede traer numerosas oportunidades si se toman las decisiones adecuadas: gestión de personas, tecnología, digitalización, riesgos asociados a la ciberseguridad, la experiencia de clientes y consumidores en medios digitales personalizada, integrada y sencilla, la inteligencia artificial continuará abriéndose camino, y la computación cuántica marcará un punto de inflexión en la tecnología. 2021 seguirá siendo verde haciendo de la sostenibilidad un requisito para acceder a la financiación de los fondos europeos y los criterios ESG se analizarán (más) minuciosamente por los inversores en su toma de decisiones. Además, las empresas deberán continuar prestando especial atención a la aparición de nuevas normativas y al cumplimiento de las ya conocidas como el Impuesto sobre Determinados Servicios Digitales (IDSD) o la DAC6. También será importante trazar una hoja de ruta en base a las novedades fiscales</abstract>
