<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La pandemia ha acelerado el proceso de digitalización bancaria de los españoles, reduciendo además las brechas en cuanto al uso de la banca digital. Según una encuesta online de Funcas, realizada en una muestra representativa de residentes de entre 18 y 70 años con capacidades digitales, el 36,4% de los españoles accede todos o casi todos los días a su banca online frente al 17,3% de hace dos años, antes de la pandemia.</abstract>
