<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Los patinetes eléctricos son los Vehículos de Movilidad Personal (VMP) cuyo uso ha proliferado más rápidamente como alternativa de transporte más barata/ecológica y por existir en muchas de nuestras ciudades empresas que los alquilan. Una de las consecuencias negativas de su uso es que está aumentando el número de accidentes en el que estos vehículos alquilados están involucrados. En este artículo se analizan los diferentes regímenes de responsabilidad aplicables y cómo se podrá reclamar para que la empresa arrendadora responda.</abstract>
