<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Last year, SMBs looked ahead to 2022 with high hopes. Our 2023 study clearly shows that those hopes were dashed as a consequence of the cost of the business crisis, which was driven primarily by Russia's invasion of Ukraine and the resulting shockwaves felt across the world.Crucially, this study finds that increasing productivity and being adaptable is critical for allowing SMBs to effectively
