Sumario: The aim of this report is to estimate how much European air passenger travel benefits from tax and emission pricing exemptions, by calculating what the sector paid and what it should have paid if these exemptions were removed. This is what this study calls the tax gap - representing the lost revenues from poor taxation of the sector. The scope of the study includes EU27 countries, the UK, Norway, Switzerland and Iceland
