<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En su edición número 75, que corresponde a 2023, el Estudio Económico de América Latina y el Caribe consta de tres partes. En la primera, se resume el desempeño de la economía regional en 2022 y se analiza su evolución en los primeros meses de 2023, así como las perspectivas de crecimiento para dicho año y para 2024. En la segunda parte del informe se analizan las consecuencias macroeconómicas del cambio climático en las economías de América Latina y el Caribe y los posibles mecanismos financieros para facilitar las inversiones necesarias a fin de contar con economías resilientes e impulsar un crecimiento dinámico, sostenido y sostenible. La tercera parte del informe, corresponde a las notas sobre el desempeño económico de los países de la región en 2022 y el primer semestre de 2023, así como a los respectivos anexos estadísticos</abstract>
