Nos encontramos, pues, en un momento de transformación sin precedentes, donde la tecnología digital y la inteligencia artificial (IA) no solo tienen un impacto económico indudable, sino que también plantean nuevos y complejos desafíos para los derechos, el sistema legal y la justicia</abstract>
