<abstract>La obra fotográfica constituye una materia que tiene una extraordinaria importancia en nuestros días ya que afecta a amplios sectores de la sociedad: profesionales, empresas periodísticas, organismos públicos etc. El interés que suscita esta materia animó al área de Derecho civil del Departamento de Derecho privado de la Universidad Pablo de Olavide de Sevilla, en colaboración con ASEDA, a organizará unas Jornadas sobre Fotografías y Derechos de Autor. Este libro es pues el resultado de las ponencias que en dicho encuentro se presentaron, las cuales tuvieron como objetivo analizar la problemática que se deriva del reconocimiento de la fotografía como objeto del derecho de autor. </abstract>
