<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Esta obra ofrece un análisis general del régimen jurídico de los museos, en el que faltan muy pocas cosas que no están y podrían estar, y que fusiona ese conocimiento, ofreciéndonos un Derecho enriquecido con el acervo de saber de las ciencias de la museología. Unas y otras cosas le otorgan el valor de una pequeña enciclopedia jurídica de referencia sobre el Derecho de los museos e, incluso, los propios museos. Ello lo hace con enorme rigor jurídico, que no es sino fruto de la solvencia de su autor.</abstract>
