Using data from the Human Connectome Project, networks corresponding to young, middle-aged, and older adults are compared. The results show a progressive reorganization of cognitive functions and a greater integration between cognition, mental health, and personality traits at older ages. Additionally, significant differences are observed in network architecture and in the global strength of associations across age groups. The study provides evidence of processes of differentiation and functional reorganization associated with aging</dc:description>
