<abstract>Desde un punto de vista eminentemente práctico lo que me imagino que nos interesa conocer es la convenienza de asumir o transferir riesgos. Una vez establecida esta decisión conviene analizar las soluciones que el mercado asegurador, el reaseguro y el coaseguro comunitario pueden aportar. La evolución del mercado de seguros es tal que ha generado un carácter eminentemente internacional, no solo al reaseguro que lo ha sido tradicionalmente, sino también al mismo seguro local e indiscutiblemente por naturaleza al coaseguro comunitario</abstract>
