<abstract>En el sector de seguros existe, actualmente en España, una dinámica de crecimiento, acorde con la evolución del sistema económico del país y por tanto previsible y aproximadamente cuantificable. Lo anterior no se cumple ni ha de cumplirse en dos elementos de tal sector que son: grupo de ramos personales-financieros y la responsabilidad civil.</abstract>
