En consecuencia, tener los efectivos humanos bien entrenados y en disposición de poder aplicar todo su potencial profesional en cada situación, en cada oportunidad de mercado y en cada nueva coyuntura debe ser uno de los grandes objetivos estratégicos de todas las entidades financieras en las que el factor humano juega un papel realmente decisivo. Desde esta perspectiva, el plan de formación es una inversión en energía humana y una garantía de afianzamiento competitivo. El autor define, desde su punto de vista, el marco idóneo para dar a la formación este sentido, advirtiendo de otros enfoques que la convertirían en una partida de gasto</abstract>
