<abstract displayLabel="Summary">L'élaïconiose ou acné aux huiles, vulgairement appelée boutons d'huiles, est une affection bénigne liée presque exclusivement à l'emploi des huiles dites entières. Ces huiles minérales obstruent l'ostium folliculaire et génèrent une acné iatrogène et leur action comédogène va être renforcée par la présence d'additifs extrême-pression chlorés et soufrés. Si la survenue de cette dermatose a pu faire quitter la profession à certains jeunes métallos, la plupart des anciens l'ont considérée comme une péripétie transitoire de leur vie professionnelle</abstract>
