<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Presque dix années après la promulgations de la loi du 23 décembre 1982 définissant les principes d'une politique active de prévention des risques professionnels, le Journal officiel du 7 janvier 1992 publie le texte d'une nouvelle loi qui renforce sur plusieurs points ces principes et en ajoute des nouveaux. Avant l'adoptation de ce texte par l'Assemblée nationale, le Ministre du travail, Martine Aubry, est venue le 19 novembre dernier en présenter au députés les principales dispositions et rappeler le contexte dans lequel il s'inscrit. Cet article résumé les passages essentiels de son exposé qui est ensuité d'une analyse comparative du nouveau texte et des articles correspondants du Code du travail, préparée par la section juridique de l'INRS</abstract>
