<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Cet article décrit la réalisation de la reconstitution de carrière informatisée pour chacun des 20.000 employés d'une entreprise du secteur primaire. Une quarantaine de risques, physiques ou chimiques, sont identifiés; ils sont distribués parmi 1460 types d'emplois différents. Une base de données, ayant pour support le mini-ordinateur du service de médecine du travail de l'entreprise, est élaborée. La confrontation entre données de santé individuelles et données d'exposition aux risques est rendue possible selon une procédure informatisée que respecte bien entendu la confidentialité des informations de santé. L'étude des risques professionnels et de leurs effets sur la santé des salariés est conduite habituellement à l'aide d'enquêtes épidémiologiques. Des telles enquêtes focalisent leurs efforts sur une pathologie et sur quelques facteurs de risque</abstract>
