L'article enferme les recommandations aux chefs des entreprises exploitant de telles unités d'oxydation de bitumes et fabriquant des bitumes fluidifiés de prendre les mesures suivantes: en ce qui concerne les unités d'oxydation proprement dites et en ce qui concerne le stockage de bitume</abstract>
