<abstract displayLabel="Summary">L'article propose eviter les accidents tels qu'un incendie ou une réaction explosive à la suite d'une surchauffe dans les laboratoires de chimie et contrôler les opérations chimiques avec les appareils de contrôle des réactions. Les opérations examinés dans cette note ont été classées en trois groupes: reactions purement endothermiques effectuées dans le fours, étuves, bains chauffants; réactions purement exothermiques effectuées dans les réacteurs chimiques. Dans ces deux groupes s'examine seul la température; reactions complexes, endothermiques ou exothermiques, mettant en jeu d'autres paramètres tels que la vitesse d'agitation, le debit des réactifs, la pression, la durée, etc.</abstract>
