<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Etude réalisée dans une usine de construction automobile auprès de ouvriers exposés puis soustraits au risque en raison de manifestations pathologiques. L'enquête compartait un interrogatoire, un examen clinique et une série d'épreuves fonctionnelles respiratoires. Les résultats confirment le rôle sensibilisant respiratoire des isocyanates. En outre, plusieurs sujets du groupe "anciennement exposés" présentent des anomalies n'autorise pas à abandonner l'hypothèse selon laquelle l'exposition prolongée aux isocyanates pourrait évoluer à long terme vers une fibrose pulmonairei</abstract>
