<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Dans la première partie de cette note, les auteurs présentent une analyse détaillé de la littérature concernant les effets de l'exposition à la nitroglycérine et au nitroglycol. Ces effets se traduisent par des manifestations vasomotrices. Dans une deuxième partie, les résultats d'une enquête menée auprès de 320 travailleurs de cinq dynamiteries françaises attestent la présence persistante de manifestations pathologiques coronariennes d'origine professionnelle</abstract>
