<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Compte rendu d'essais effectués sur un échantillon de vêtements de coton ignifugés représentatif du marché français. Ces vêtements ont été soumis à des lavages selon une méthode proche d'un lavage ordinaire en machine, puis à des essais d'inflammabilité conformément aux normes NF G07-113 et G 07-128. Les résultats montrent que le problème de la durée de l'ignifugation des tissus de coton n'est pas encore bien maîtrisé. Les auteurs attirent l'attention de la profession et des utilisateurs sur la nécessité de contrôles aux divers stades de la fabrication de ces vêtements, et suggèrent l'élaboration d'une "norme-produit" permettant aux utilisateurs de trouver sur le marché des articles répondant à des critères minimaux</abstract>
