<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Cette étude a utilisé trois méthodes afin de comparer l'accidentabilité des personnels permanents et intérimaires et d'analyser l'accidentabilité et les conditions d'emploi de ces derniers. Il s'agit: de la recherche et de l'elaboration d'éléments statistiques à partir de donnes de la CNAM, des CRAM et Direction régionale du travail de la région Lorraine; de la constitution d'un échantillon représentatif de déclaration d'accident du travail ou d'informations préalables pour le même région; d'une trentaine d'entretiens avec différents représentants d'instances telles que la CRAM, l'inspection et la médicine du trvail, les syndicats de salariés et de professionnels du travail temporaire.. Les auteurs démontrent ainsi que le travailleur intérimaire est plus fréqumment et plus gravement; cette accidentabilité est liée à la nature des tâches qui lui sont confiées et à l'inadéquation de sa qualification au poste à pourvoir. D'autre part, ils constatent des dysfonctionnements, entre l'entreprise de travail temporaire et l'entreprise utilisatrice, dans la prise en charge en matière de sécurité</abstract>
