<abstract displayLabel="Summary">A partir des connaisances disponibles, l'article fait le point sur les effets du bruit sur l'oreille interne (cochlée) du foetus lorsque la femme enceinte travaille en ambiance bruyante. En l'absence de données expérimentales et épidémiologiques, il semble préférable de prendre des mesures conservatoires et de protéger l'oreille du foetus en limitant le travail en milieu bruyant de la femme enceinte, particulièrement si le bruit est riche en basses fréquences (< 500 Hz) et ce, durant les trois derniers mois de la grossesse</abstract>
