<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Deux cas d'intoxication aigüe par l'hydrogène arsénié ont été observés chez deux ouvriers chargés du nettoyage de la poche de désulfuration dans une fonderie fabriquant des pièces en fonte à graphite sphéroïdal. Le premier patient a présenté une hémolyse aigüe avec insuffisance rénale aigüe nécessitant un recours transitoire à l'hémodialyse. Le second patient, après une hémolyse aigüe accompagnée d'insuffisance rénale modérée transitoire, a présenté une hépatite mixte à prédominance cytolitique 20 jours après l'intoxication initiale. Les observations soulignent le risque d'intoxication par l'hydrogène arsénié dans l'industrie métallurgique et font discuter l'existence d'une hépatite cytolytique retardée</abstract>
