<abstract displayLabel="Summary">L'article présente l'étude d'un cas d'ypérite, lors de travaux de déblaiement, un homme de 39 ans. L'observation de ce cas permet de rappeler les caractéristiques de l'intoxication par l'ypérite; la pénétration est rapide et les symptômes généraux ou cutanéo-muqueux sont retardés. L'ypérite a une odeur d'ail caractéristique. L'intoxication aigüe peut laisser des séquelles pulmonaires, notamment une irritation bronchique. Ce cas souligne également l'intérêt de considérer avec prudence tout objet non identifié déterré lors de travaux de terrassement</abstract>
