Sumario: Tobacco smoking has been found to influence specific inmunological responses to agents inhaled et work. The present study has examined IgE and IgG responses to airborne antigen in a factory population exposed to contaminated humidifiers ( the results of precipitin tests have already been reported for this population). It has examined the relation of these responses to smoking habits and the IgE response to the development of work related asthma
