The major toxic effects of the acid anhydrides are mucosal and skin irritation respiratory hypersensitivity, particularly asthma. This article reports a case of asthma induced by occupational exposure to HHPA who showed a broncho-constrictive response to specific inhalation challenge with HHPA</subfield>
