This has provided the opportunity of comparing the cancer risk among farmers in a Nordic country and in a Mediterranean country. Both the lifestyle of farmers and the agricultural activities show important differences between these countries and the comparison can thus provide further insight into the peculiar cancer risk profile of farmers</subfield>
