The effects of various metals on erythrocyte ALA dehydratase activity activity were examined and it was shown that Sn as well as as Pb had a strong inhibitory effect on ALA dehydratase activity. To investigate the mechanism of interaction between Sn and Se, the binding proteins of Sn were chromatographed, and their modification by selenite was examined
