<abstract displayLabel="Summary">L'analyse de l'activité réelle des caissières met en évidence que le travail avec la scannérisation et l'ensachage par la caissière entraîne une répétitivité et un rythme de travail élevés, des manutentions, cela conduit aujourd'hui à une augmentation des déclarations de maladies professionnelles et des maladies à caractère professionnel liées aux pathologies périarticulaires ainsi que des problèmes de santé (douleurs aux épaules, pathologie cervico-lombaire) alors que la population des caissières est très jeune et travaille à temps partier. L'absentéisme et le turn-over sont également élevés</abstract>
