Sumario: Symptoms of building sickness were studied among 4373 office buildings and 47 different office buildings and 47 different ventilation conditions. Assessments of buildings were also made. Work-related symptoms were common in all work groups. This study attempts to estimate the size of the problem in the U.K. and to define some of the common confounding variables
