Notas: Sumario: Electromagnetic fields, or EMFs for short, are ubiquitous, invisible waves emitted from a vast array of energy sources. These include the sun, X-rays, telephone lines and ordinary electrical appliances. Until the turn of the country, exposure to EMFs was minimal. Modern electrical-power plants and transmission systems, however, boosted the number and strength of electric and magnetic fields that wave through the atmosphere.
