Notas: Sumario: The present study aims to provide a system of breaks, including recommendations for their frequency and duration, which is justifiable in terms of work physiology. In addition, a model is described which permits determination of the transportation capacity. When calculating the logistical transportation capacity only criteria relating to the full utilization of the workers'time are considered.
