Sumario: The purpose of the present study was to test the significance of fit of the inner clothing layer, with the hypothesis that a tight-fitting crewneck undergarment better protects the skin from cooling than a normal shirt, when worn in a prototype clothing ensemble during work in a cool and slightly warm environment
