Sumario: This study was carried out to provide an overall picture of gas concentrations in kraft mills during the digesting process and to compare occupational exposure to sulfur compounds determined with readily available analytical techniques and directreading instruments. Gas chromatography is the only technique able to reliably measure individual sulfur gases
