Sumario: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between squash play and favourable dimensions (body concepts and psychosomatic health) and unfavourable characteristics (type-A behaviour pattern) of psychological health, and was part of a large longitudinal study examining broader aspects of the relation between playing squash and health. It was hypothesized that squash involvement would promote improved body concepts and psychosomatic health profiles but would also promote type-A behaviour
