Título: Upper extremity disorders in a pork processing plant : relationships between job risk factors and morbidity / J. Steven Moore, Arun GargAutor: Moore, J. Steven
Notas: Sumario: The primary purpose of this study was to analyze jobs at a pork processing plant using a semi-quantitative exposure assessment methodology, then observe the number and incidence of distal upper extremity disorders reported during the preceding 20 months to determine the relationship, if any, between the exposure factors and the occurrence of such disorders. A second purpose was to compare the hazard classification, based on the subjective judgement of the investigators, to the observed morbidity and the exposure assessment variables to gain additional insight into a semi-quantitative hazard evaluation processRegistros relacionados: En: American Industrial Hygiene Association journal. - Fairfax, Virginia. - Vol. 55, nº 8, August 1994 ; p. 703-715Materia / lugar / evento: Industria cárnica Ergonomía Enfermedades profesionales Extremidades superiores Riesgo laboral Biomecánica Síndrome del Túnel Carpiano Mortalidad Epidemiología Otros autores: Garg, Arun
