Notas: Sumario: Superfund, that super-controversial piece of legislation aimed at cleanup of hazardous-waste sites in the United States, is back in the spotlight again. The Superfund legislation is up for reauthorization this year in Congress, and the Clinton administration has introduced a proposal to address many of the issues that made Superfund an act everyone loves to hate.
