Sumario: The aim of the present work was to study the effects of transmeridian flights on the circadian rhythms of salivary melatonin (MT) and cortiso (COR) during a four day round flight across ten time zones. Salivary hormone measurements offered a non-invasive way to follow the adaptation of the circadian rhythm in field conditions
