<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La atención que en los últimos años se viene prestando a la contaminación del aire en espacios cerrados indica un cambio fundamental en la ciencia de la sanidad ambiental: se ha reconocido la necesidad de hacer una evaluación de la exposición total (ETT). La ETT se sustenta en que es indispensable comprender de qué manera determinados agentes contaminantes afectan a los seres humanos, y cúales serían las medidas de control más adecuadas, y que para ello es necesario dar cuenta de todos los canales posibles de exposición</abstract>
