Trois approches complémentaires ont été abordées: une étude épidémiologique visant à préciser le nombre de cas d'asthme à la farine et d'autres patologies, une étude immunologique à la recherche d'une réponse immune sérique et salivaire contre les antigènes et les allergènes contenus dans la farine, une étude expérimentale réalissé chez des souris exposées à la farine</abstract>
