Título: Impact of just-in-time on job content, employee attitudes and well-being : a longitudinal study / Paul R. Jackson and Robin MartinAutor: Jackson, Paul R.
Notas: Sumario: THis paper presents a conceptual framework for interpreting the effects of just-in-time (JIT) and reports findings from a study of the impact of JIT on the content of workers'jobs and job satisfaction and psichological strain. The introduction of JIT led to a reduction in control over work timing, an increase in production pressure, and a drop in job satisfaction. The study shows that JIT can be implemented without radical changes in job content or adverse impact in terms of employee strain, and the implications of these findings are discussedRegistros relacionados: En: Ergonomics. - London and Washington. - Vol. 39, nº 1, January 1996 ; p. 1-16Materia / lugar / evento: Ergonomía Psicosociología de la prevención Comportamiento humano Just-in-time Sistemas de producción Confortabilidad Estrés Otros autores: Martin, Robin
