Notas: Sumario: In order to increase the effectiveness of the World-Wide Web (WWW), an ergonomic study of the users of the WWW was undertaken. In the first survey, 66 users responded to an open-ended survey of likes, dislikes and difficulties experienced with the use of the WWW.
