<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En este artículo se presenta una solución desarrollada por Deutsche Babcock Anlage, S.A. para depurar los gases procedentes de un horno de incenaración de residuos sólidos urbanos. El artículo entrelaza la explicación del funcionamiento de la torre de absorción con detalles constructivos de sus componentes, con lo que se obtiene una visión muy completa de la misma. Una consideración final de los resultados de la depuración con este proceso y de los costes de funcionamiento completan la presentación de esta solución para neutralizar los humos antes de su descarga en la atmósfera</abstract>
