<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Les actions conjointes des pouvoirs publics et des professionnels et la pression écologique poussent à la limitation de l'impact des activités agricoles sur l'environnement. En agriculture, quatre types de pollution sont essentiellement à craindre: la pollution accidentelle (déversement d'un produit pendant les transferts, fuite sur un stockage...), la pollution chronique liée à l'activité de l'exploitation, la pollution graduelle (infiltration dans le sol, à partir d'une fosse à lisier, fuite sur une cuve enterrée...) et les nuisances dues aux bruits et aux odeurs (élevage, stockage de céréales...)</abstract>
