Sumario: The Occupational Safety and Health Administration never intended self-audits to be used against conscientious employers from peforming them. In fact, the agency did not belive that was happening, according to OSHA director of policy, Ross Eisenbrey. but OSHA responded to that perception by proposing a policy to clarify limits on the agency's use of self-audit reports
