<abstract>El artículo informa sobre las medidas propuestas por el Informe Durán. El cual es una visión panorámica pero sintética de la situación española en materia de siniestralidad laboral que pretende dar cuenta de qué sucede, cuáles son las razones de ello y los posibles remedios para mejorar la situación. Entre las medidas que plantea el informe y recoge este artículo están la mejora de las fuentes informativas, la modificación de las normas sobre prevención de riesgos, la modificación de las normas de seguridad social, la mejora en la actuación de las administraciones, la formación en prevención y la gestión de la prevención</abstract>
