<abstract>El absentismo laboral, es decir, aquellos momentos en los que el trabajador no está concentrado en su tarea son los más proclives para que éste sufra un accidente laboral. El absentismo psíquico está directamente relacionado con el clima laboral (buenas condiciones físicas de trabajo, salario adecuado, jefe competente y justo, jornada laboral cómoda,...), Pero el artículo analiza otros factores como la introversión-extroversión de la persona, el ruido ambiental, las tareas monótonas y no estimulantes, el sueño, etc.</abstract>
