<abstract>Los propietarios de viviendas vacías tendrán más motivos para alquilarlas con el nuevo IRPF. Un incremento de la oferta que debería hacer descender el precio. Con la nueva reforma del IRPF se establece una reducción del 25% de los rendimientos íntegros derivados del alquiler. Se aumenta del actual 2% al 3% el coeficiente de amortización y habrá una reducción adicional del 25% de los rendimientos durante cinco años cuando se alquilen viviendas que ahora se encuentran desocupadas.
